Following their TV performance at Radio-Canada’s show Les Échangistes, Milk & Bone unveil a new version of their song BBBLUE dubbed Summertime Sadness Edit. The original piece is off the duo’s sophomore effort, Deception Bay, released last February and nominated on this year’s Polaris Music Prize Long List. 'Cause I’m baby blue / I wish I was your baby too, Camille Poliquin and Laurence Lafond-Beaulne sing on the chorus of this ode to a hopeless love.

The song is available now on all digital platforms.

Just like their 2015 record, Little Mourning, all facets of love and relationships make up the cornerstones of this new album. Emotions ran very high on their Polaris Long-Listed debut album, and on Deception Bay, they present themselves in a new light. This new collection of 14 electro-pop songs features numerous collaborations with several musicians and producers, including Grammy award-winning pianist Chilly Gonzales, CRi, Max-Antoine Gendron and Jonathan Dauphinais.

Camille and Laurence were recently part of an all-women concert on Les Plaines d’Abraham, during the Festival d’été de Québec, opening for Lorde and Cyndi Lauper. The duo was also invited to join in on Lauper's massive hit Girls Just Wanna Have Fun during the evening show. Milk & Bone will be at Osheaga this Saturday, August 4th at 3:20 pm on the Scène de la Vallée. Their tour is still ongoing for the next months with shows in Quebec, western Canada and Europe.
