Less than four months after releasing their debut album, Little Mourning, Milk & Bone will headline a show in Montreal at the Virgin Mobile Corona Theatre on October 7th, 2015. Tickets are on sale now.
The Polaris Music Prize Long-Listed duo, formed by Camille Poliquin and Laurence Lafond-Beaulne, recently performed to a jam-packed Club Soda as part of the Montreal Jazz Festival and also took part in SOCAN’s Canada Day Party concert in Los Angeles. Having earned the praise of journalists across North America (The Globe and Mail, Interview Magazine, V Magazine, Noisey), they have also been invited by Chilly Gonzales to perform with him during his recent shows in Montreal and opened for new French sensation Christine and the Queens in NYC.
With a strong debut with nary a fault in sight (Exclaim!) under their belt, the band has been chosen to be part of Spotify Canada’s Spotlight Class of 2015, which shines a light on Canada’s own next-big-things.
Milk & Bone will be performing in many festivals in Quebec this summer, including the Festival d’été de Québec this Thursday, July 9th and Osheaga on July 31st.
