Philippe B, winner of the Songwriter of the Year award at the 2014 ADISQ Gala, will perform his show for Ornithologie, la nuit one last time in Montreal at the Cinquième Salle of Place des Arts on October 9th, 2015. Tickets are on sale now on Place des Arts' website.
In this cosy setting, he will perform songs off his 2014 Polaris Long-Listed album as well as favourites from his repertoire. He will be accompanied on stage by two backing singers/musicians, a trumpeter, a trombonist and a clarinetist, a compelling ensemble that serves the beauty and intimacy of Philippe B's Ornithologie, la nuit very well.
In celebration of the ongoing summer heat, Philippe has released a new music video for Nous irons jusqu’au soleil. Directed by BAZ, the video follows a pack of dogs as they race across breathtaking landscapes towards - you guessed it - the sun.
